Music Theatre Wales was formed in 1988 with a commitment to present newly commissioned opera and the contemporary classics on tour in Wales, the UK and internationally.  It supports this work with an education and outreach programme, aiming to enhance people’s understanding and involvement in opera, develop professional skills and help build a vibrant future for new opera.
